Assembling Requirements of Valve Block in Hydraulic System of Automatic Waste baling Machine
The hydraulic system of the automatic waste paper baler will contain a precise part, that is, the hydraulic valve block. The valve block is a small loop. It gathers all kinds of valves through the oil holes on the valve block. For example, a balancing valve block is used now. It contains a balancing valve, a pressure reducing valve, a safety valve and a safety valve. One-way valve, reversing valve, shuttle valve. Its assembly needs to be carried out in accordance with certain principles in order to ensure that the assembly of valve blocks is qualified.
Before installing the valve block of the automatic waste paper packer, all the oil holes should be pickled to ensure the residue in the oil holes. After cleaning, the oil holes should be evenly fastened to the base with bolts. The installation direction and position should not be wrong and should meet the requirements of the drawings. At the same time, it is required that the sealing surface of the valve block should not be scratched or damaged, and the verticality of the threaded holes should meet the requirements of the drawings. The special requirements of the drawings room should be carried out according to the relevant standards or without tolerances.
Installation and sealing surface of valves and valves in automatic waste paper baler should be intact, seals should be intact and without defect, bolts should be tightened uniformly, reliably and without leakage. And all connection threads should be coated with anti-loosening gum for thread tightening; all joint bodies, flanges and other connectors should be thoroughly cleaned before assembly to ensure that there is no residue in the oil hole before assembly.
