( 2 ) When the high-pressure oil overflows from the overflow valve to the tank when it is not needed for a long time, the design should be improved, and the variable pump or the correct unloading method should be adopted;
( 3 ) The pipeline should be as short as possible, not too slender or curved, and try to make the oil flow smoothly;
( 4 ) The seal of the hydraulic pump and the center where it is easy to leak should be strengthened, and the connecting parts should be fastened to prevent the shearing machine from generating volume loss and heating;
( 5 ) When the setting value of the pressure regulating valve is too high, it is best to reduce the working pressure to reduce unnecessary energy loss;
( 6 ) Choose hydraulic oil with suitable viscosity for the shearing machine .
