1. Preparation before use
Check the Briquetting Machinery & Equipment: carefully check whether all parts of the waste briquetting machine are intact, including the machine body, hydraulic system, electrical control system, compression chamber, etc. Check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal, whether all connection parts are tight, and whether the electrical circuit is well connected.
Clean the site: Clean the site around the waste briquetting machine to ensure that there are no debris and obstacles that may affect the normal operation of the equipment.
Prepare the waste: Prepare the waste to be compressed and ensure that the size and weight of the waste are within the processing range of the equipment. For waste that is too large or too heavy, preliminary cutting or decomposition can be performed.
Wear protective equipment: Operators should wear protective equipment such as safety helmets, safety shoes, gloves, etc. to ensure their own safety.
2. Waste Briquetting Equipment operation steps
Start the equipment: According to the operating instructions of the equipment, start the electrical control system first, and then start the hydraulic system. During the startup process, pay attention to the operating status of the equipment. If there is any abnormality, stop the startup immediately and conduct inspection and maintenance.
Adjustment parameters: According to the nature and requirements of the waste, adjust the parameters of the equipment, such as compression pressure, compression time, compression size, etc. When adjusting the parameters, strictly follow the operating instructions of the equipment to avoid misoperation.
Feeding operation: slowly feed the prepared waste into the compression chamber of the equipment, and be careful not to feed too much waste at one time to avoid clogging the equipment. During the feeding process, the operator should closely observe the operating status of the equipment, and immediately stop feeding and handle any abnormal situation.
Compression operation: When the waste enters the compression chamber of the equipment, the equipment will automatically compress the waste. During the compression process, the operator should pay attention to the pressure changes in the compression chamber. If there is any abnormality, the compression should be stopped immediately and handled.
Discharging operation: When the waste is compressed, the equipment will automatically send the compressed waste out from the discharge port. The operator should transport the compressed waste away in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Cleaning and maintenance after use
Shut down the equipment: After using the waste briquetting machine, you should follow the operating instructions of the equipment to first shut down the hydraulic system and then shut down the electrical control system.
Clean the equipment: clean the residual waste inside and around the equipment to keep the equipment clean. For each component of the equipment, such as the compression chamber, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc., regular cleaning and maintenance should be carried out to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Check the equipment: Check whether the various parts of the equipment are damaged or worn. If so, repair or replace them in time. For the hydraulic system of the equipment, check whether the oil level is normal. If necessary, add hydraulic oil in time.
Storage of equipment: When the equipment is not in use, it should be stored in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and rain. All parts of the equipment should be properly kept to avoid loss or damage.
The correct use of the waste briquetting machine requires strict operation in accordance with the equipment's operating instructions, and the preparation work before use, the equipment's operating steps, and the cleaning and maintenance work after use to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of the operator.
