Proper use of machinery and equipment, careful implementation of maintenance system and strict compliance with the safety operation procedures are the necessary conditions to extend the service life of the machine, improve production efficiency and ensure safe production.
To this end, it is recommended that users establish maintenance and safe operation procedures, operators should be familiar with the machine structure and operating procedures, but also must pay attention to the following points:
(1) when adding the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil should be strictly used. It must pass through strict filtration, and it should always keep enough oil. When insufficient, it should be immediately filled with oil.
(2) the oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every six months, but the first cleaning of filtered oil should not exceed one month, and the used new oil should be allowed to be used again after strict filtration.
(3) each lubrication part of the machine shall be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.
(4) the sundries in the material box should be cleaned in time.
(5) no one shall start the machine without learning and understanding the structure, performance and operation rules of the machine.
(6) when serious oil leakage or abnormal phenomenon occurs in the work of the machine, it shall stop operation immediately to analyze the cause and remove the fault, and it shall not be forced to operate in the presence of disease.
(7) during the operation of the machine, it is not allowed to repair or touch the moving parts. It is strictly forbidden to press materials with hands or feet in the material box.
(8) pump, valve, pressure gauge adjustment, must be experienced technical workers, if found fault with the pressure gauge, should immediately check or update the table.
(9) the user shall, according to the specific situation, formulate detailed maintenance and safety operation procedures.
