However, the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is too high during the operation, which will cause the equipment pressure to drop, slow down, crawl and shake, and increase the noise. When the hydraulic oil temperature of the metal briquetting machine is controlled at 30℃-55℃, it is the normal operating temperature. This oil temperature will keep the viscosity, lubricity and wear resistance of the oil in a good state, and the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic system at this time is higher and better. When the oil temperature of the metal briquette exceeds 60 °C, the viscosity of the oil will decrease significantly and the leakage will increase, which will cause the oil film of each slider to be damaged and aggravate the wear of the hydraulic components. Therefore, when the oil temperature is greater than 60°C, and the oil temperature exceeds 70°C, the oxidation rate of the hydraulic oil in the equipment will be doubled. At the same time, too high oil temperature will reduce the viscosity of hydraulic oil, accelerate the appearance of adverse consequences such as oil aging, and also make the lubrication between the moving parts of the system worse, increase the wear, and cause the failure or blockage of hydraulic components; Accelerating the aging and loss of elasticity of the seal, the light ones will lead to oil leakage of the system, and the severe ones will lead to system downtime.
